Repentance is CALL for all to believe. Baptism is a COMMAND for all believers. The Spirit is a PROMISE for ALL BELIEVERS!
In the Scriptures, the baptism of the Holy Spirit was EXPERENTIAL – able to be observed – repeatedly in a pattern.
It doesn’t happen just because someone told you it did. It isn’t just that clean conscience feeling you get when you are baptized. You will know, because it will happen just like the Bible’s examples!
